Front door seal needs replaced

I am getting air noise around driver door 1998 LY 30. Please anyone found a good replacement material and if so what was it and where did you get it.

The Mother Ship (Jackson Center) has a wide selection of seals, if you want to replace the seal with the original shape and material. They will need your year and model.

Easy to apply.. just get a fresh tube of the BLACK weatherstrip adhesive by 3M..

On my 2001 30' Excella, the door seam has stuck to the frame so that a thin film of the black seal is on the door frame and the torn asunder black seal on the door is all broken with missing parts.

What is the best way to get the old seal off the door frame? It seems fairly happy to stay where it is.
