Exterior refurb on '92 Land Yacht

Starting to work on the exterior. Decided to go in the Red Max Pro direction. I first cleaned the exterior using a 3M anti-scratch scouring pad and Bar Keeper's Friend. That removed the surface oxidation but left the unit looking very dull. I started with the rear cap and will be working my way around the unit. Here's what I have so far:

Cap looks great. Never heard of Red Max Pro so did google search and they have 1,2,3,4 which did you use?

Number 3. It's the high luster floor finish. It rained last night and the water just beaded up. I've talked to RV owners that have had it on for at least 2 years with no noticeable degradation or yellowing. If I can 2 years out of the finish I'd be good with that. To remove it you just use an ammonia floor stripper. Takes about 3 to 4 coats to get a high shine. I figure it may take 2 gallon jugs to complete the project. I picked up mine at Lowes. You can also use ZEP Wet Look #3 since the same company makes them.

That is an incredible job of restoring the paint finish luster. Will have to try that technique. Did you replace the stripes on the sides? R.D.
