Make sure your batteries are charged. If they loose their charge, a number of the accessories will not work. Plug coach into 110V and see if that cures the problem after an hour or so.
When this happens on mine after a lengthy storage under cover (so solar charger can't operate), I have the symptoms you describe, plus the rear camera doesn't work, step won't come in, and refer will not light.
Check the battery use/store switch by the entrance door. We were camping with the grand-kiddies & all buttons & switches had to be tried….the chassis battery switch had been moved to the store position. We didn't notice until trying to leave the campground... We couldn't retract the jacks, turn the seats or close the step. After checking the fuses, I remembered reading another post about how easy that switch was to accidentally move. (Air Forums to the rescue!) Hope it's an easy fix for you, too.
