Bypass for HWH

Please help if you can. I have a 1992 Airstream Legacy 31 MoHo. The manual tells me to shut the by pass off and turn the water on to operate my HWH. The manual says the valves are under the kitchen sink.. Can't seem to find them.. The HWH is full of hot water, just can't get to come out of the faucets... Any idea's??? Thanks.

My bypass valve is between the shut off valves on the pipe located inside MH on the wh, looks like an H with valves on each pipe and the bypass on the bar between.

In our 1993 LY MH the bypass valve for the heater is located under the sink in the bathroom vanity - behind the wooden pop off panel.

Thanks for all your replys, my manual says it is under the sink in kit. After removing a great deal of rear of cabinet , I found the shut offs. Thanks for all your help.
