Basement Rust

Hey, have a 2000 Land Yacht, need help with rust bleeding out at the basement doors. It has to be coming from rusty screws but can't figure out how to get to them. I sprayed a rust inhibitor but the rust comes back. Have to scrub it off the paint, but it comes back in a couple days. Anyone have any tips/ideas. Thanks

I would trace the rust to the scews/bolts and remove them. I hate rust and in all of our Airstream TT's and our Class A I replace all rusty hardware with rivets(where possible) and throw a little money at some stainless steel to replace rusty cheap ones. In my experience spraying the rusty culprit sometimes creates the liquid rust/grime to drip from spots that can't be traced. Hope this helps.
