Aux lights do not work

I have a 2000 LY 35 Gas
The Aux head lights (Fog Lights) Do not work, I have all the paper work and can not find a wiring diagram for this switch,
I checked the switch it works fine,
The bulbs are good,
I just get no power
Is there a fuse some where that some knows about ?
Any help would be great
Thanks
Rob

All,
Its been almost a year and I took the dash apart severl times
Called the mother ship, they did not know where it was said it was wired back to the factory wire harness, probably a ground / relay.
I replaced every relay in the beast which was a bout 12
This weekend I pulled the fog lights, pulled the dash, pulled every fuse I could find,
then I finally found the fuse
The problem was a ford mini fuse #16 on the passenger side fuse panel marked 16 BBP-20 which I think means "for body builder aux power 20 amp"
replaced it worked fine, then I broke the bulb putting it back in place, off to NAPA I went.
