Question Anyone use Rhino bed liner coating on roof?

I was talking to my dad and he thought I could coat the fiberglass roof on my '94 LY, anyone do this? She was in a hail storm and I don't think it has much damage. but I am not sure. I though this sounded like a good idea? Any thoughts?

go for it. I have used line-x on my truck beds; it seems to be harder as is duro rust. I have heard of using the line-x on the outside hull of boats,. and the city has used it coat the beds of the salt trucks The Rhino also comes in colors. I believe it is softer and would cut down on the sound of rain and hail

I haven't seen it used in that particular application but I've seen it used almost everywhere else. I just wonder what the cost would be for such a large area.

I've not used Rhino or Line-X, but I have shot my own bedliner into the last 3 trucks I've owned using Liner Xtreme. See: Color Chart

Their product is very good and they can provide it in white! Shooting the roof of your LY in white will help reduce heat buildup in summer plus it provides all the benefits of the other two.
