Adding solar to my 2001 LY 30

Im getting ready to install solar panels on my recently purchased 2001 land yacht 30 Moho. Ive done this before on a C so Im not a newbie.

On the C, I ran the cables down the fridge vent and assume thats how I would do it on the airstream. I would like advice on how to get the cables from the fridge vent area to the passenger seat area where I plan to install the controller.
What have other people done?
Thanks,
Stan
