2001 LY 30 rear trunk weatherstrip

Does anyone know where to buy the weather strip that goes around the rear trunk door on a 2001 LY MoHo?

Thinking of buying an '04 30ft, no slide, 42k miles. Would appreciate your input/experience with this coach. I currently own a 2001 Safari.

2004 ly

I love my LY. I wish I had the 30. Just so you can walk around the bed. Honestly, I would prefer not having the slide, one less place not to leak. We redone our rig. Took out all the carpet and painted the cabinets. My girl hates the wood look as you can tell in the pics and she painted all the cabinets. I love the engine it runs great and has lots of power mine has 13k miles on it. I do think you will not have the storage outside that your current motor home has. Check the passenger side window they are know for leaking over it. I am chasing down a lead over that window now. They even have a bulletin from Airstream about it. My unit has some suspension upgrades that make it handle better. I think its the super steer springs. If you have any other specific questions let me know.

Bought this LY back in Feb of this year. Have only used it once so far. Being working and doing upgrades. First thing I can say is check the air bags on the front. They can go bad. You can replace them with new air bags, or replace them with a new set of springs. Second, check the bump stops above the rear springs. These wear out and can be replaced with sumo springs bump stops. Third, check for leaks really, really good around the windows, inside cabinets and along the outside edge of the floor! I had water running in around outside screws where the caulking gave way...basement door latches and driver side handle. Check all the seals and caulking on the roof and lights! hope this helps

My previous owner installed the super steer springs and they work great.
