Who's got Our 345 in Italy

hey,
I'm curious, we sold ur 345 to a couple in Italy. Do you guys still have it? I put new tires on the tag axle be fore it left the states. We're you ever able to get the clock back?.
When we sent it, someone took the airstream clock. Go figure eh? Now we got this 325' and it doesn't have a clock. Does airstream still make them. Putting a generic one in kinda feels like Wrong...
Drop me a line if you are on this website, that was a sweet ride. Very clean inside, and a nice runner. I wished I could have kept it. Buying this 5420 mile AS 325 has been a labor of something, definitely not love. But I'll have the new engine in it buy November. Then I'll be 95 percent done. And my 10K good deal on an estate MH will have blossomed into a 30K ride. I love old stuff, DJ

Hi Pete,
I don't think that was our 345. If is is, they did a lot of work to it. I have no records of the vin, so I can't tell you anything about it . I think it had the woodgrain stripe within the gray stripe. The inside was very clean. The speedo said it had 24000K on it. My export guy questioned that, because the speedo numbers did not line up. It's possible. I don't know. I bought it from a guy in Lexington,ky, who, I believe got it from his brother, who passed away. His brother lived in Ohio. That's about all I know of its history. DJ
