Here is what I got for my motorhome, this week... It is called a BikeTow. I kept having trouble deciding if I wanted to take my bike to Alumapalooza then I realized I did want to take the bike, it was my 6X12 enclosed trailer I was dreading hauling all over the countryside... So I bought the BikeTow unit and a Geza Gear Elite Plus towing cover to protect my bike's paint. I pulled it to Fort Chiswell, Virginia this morning and it did great. Plus the whole unit weighs just 70 pounds, doesn't require a title, tags, registration or anything. I'm sure it will wear the back tire a little but not nearly as fast as riding does. Besides I'd rather wear my back motorcycle tire than wear two trailer tires, burn more gas and put my classic motorhome in an unneeded strain pulling 1,300 lbs of trailer through the Blue Ridge Mountains with just one 650 lb bike in it. Anyhow, now my bike is coming to Alumapalooza with me and I will have a way to get around while I'm there and at the other stops I am making on my one month adventure. You can't even tell you are towing anything with it back there, I can't say the same for my enclosed trailer loaded with bikes.
Replaced the blinds in the bedroom today.
These are the 'one touch' type.
I was very surprised after installed.
The blinds up front were replace a few years ago with simular type...as they only need you to lift bottom bar to raise, or pull down to lower.
No stings to raise / lower, but you twist a rod to change angle.
Now on these new type, there are no strings or rod.
The angle is changed by slowly lifting or lowering.
To open or close, lift or lower quickly, without angle change.
Got they off ebay , aluminum, for about 10% what I paid at Home Depot for a custom order years ago.
Plan to box the edges as I did up front, and do away with cutains in this area. Curtains will only be in curves now.

Keyair found it for me. It looks great. It's still in shop. Hey question. Will the Moho always be in the shop? Lol. Will i ever get a chance to use it? I have a great 345 just needed to get these things fixed to make it road worthy. I think its about ready. I sure am happy I have my airstream trailer. In fact I just bought a 89 34' trailer to replace my 86 32'. Same layout as my 345. Love that layout. Thanks again keyair, in helping me. I will post picture of the new condenser when I get Moho back in between visits from the shop. Lol.
I picked these up a few weeks ago but just didn't have the time to mount them. I finished the mount for my storage box today and while waiting for the paint to dry I couldn't come up with anymore excuses to not mount the tires. They are Goodyear G647 Rss 8x19.5. I got one mounted up today maybe I'll get a couple more done tomorrow. I don't want to rush into too much hard work you know.
My favorite tires. Do you mount your own, Dan? I'm in the market for the duals. Where did you get the tires?
Good price?
Yeah Mike I mount my own tires, they really are quite easy. Working around trucks I've changed more than a few of them on the side of a road. A couple of tire irons and some air is about all you need.
I got the tires at Camping World just south of Portland. I wandered in on a Sunday afternoon when they were having an unadvertised sale, $205 each with no sales tax. They make big bucks for mounting so they discount the tires. The carryouts kill their profit.
