A word of caution Derek.
The plastic type frame on these may bend and separate in extended exposure to the sun. I returned/exchanged one that had a 5 yr warranty and now have it supported at mid frame to try to solve the problem. (Use them on the home base buildings)
For the motorhome installation I would recommend the aluminium frame style.

For what I want it for right now, I'm setting it on dashboard and plugging into lighter. Guess I'll make some kind of frame for it to go outside when I get to that point. Thanks for the advice.

Hi Steve,

My GenSet compartment is already insulated from the factory, but I would really like to quiet that monster down a lot more. I need to check out your new soundproofing.

My old friends at Harbor Freight have a nice selection of solar panels. Not sure of their efficiency/quality (like everything, Chinese made) but the ones in the store look pretty good.

I own those HF solar panels and the first time I used them they were great. They kept 2 batteries charged for a week of boon docking. The following year I used them they were not as good. It appears they degrade over time. I have not used them since I bought my 350 LE. I just charge wiTh my genset. Steve G

An Optima yellow top starting battery. Next up is a winter bath (now that we can drive to the washing bay ).

Yes, it looks great, so what else could I do!

Got it from this guy... needed some Zebrano veneer to redo the sun cracked and split veneered Center Consoel on my Mercedes, and started to look thru the stuff he has, and just fell in love...

Got Wood veneer?

Go here if not!
Category 1 items in Veneer from Afar store on eBay!
