Since I could not even remember when we did bearings, I decided since the disks and rotors were off, let's just renew the bearings, too. Was a good idea, too, since we found one of the inner bearings was getting ready to fail.

Found LED replacement lights for the round outside patio lite, as well as over the door light. Just need to find the replacement lens for above the door now......

Hi,
Any suggestions as to where to start looking for the lens above the door? Not having much luck so far.

Thanks, Derek

Have you tried inland rv? Out of doors Mart. I know they have to be out there. If push comes to shove I can make a template from mine and you can cut for a new one from plastic found at lowes. Let me know

Hi, guess I'm heading to Lowes tomorrow after work anyhow. Will grab a small piece of Lexan and see what I can come up with. If I'm successful, I'll be sure to post my results.
Thanks, Derek

Derek,
We had a drain on our chass batt...our problem(at least the...uhm...current one at that time) was that the wire(cable) from the battery to the solenoid had chaffed from frequent pull out/push in of the battery drawer...found a small area of exposed wire, taped it, and no more drain...mike

Thanks Mike ,

Under the moho tomorrow on my day off, I'll be sure to look for chafed wire. Pulling ignition switch tomorrow, as I know it's defective.
Thanks, Derek

Have you checked with Andy at Inland RV yet? Haven't checked yet, but what about vintagetrailersupply.com? Betcha Keyair will be able to come up with something. That guy is a wiz when finding anything on the internet!
Thanks, Derek

Needed replacement, and while I'm at it.....

Power cord on the 345LE was wrapped with electrical tape last 2 feet or so. As much as I don't care working on electrical, I dislike even more having crappy cords for power supply. If I chop up extension cord accidentally, on PURPOSE, it goes into the trash. Just some things not worth going 'cheap' on.
This is what I just purchased, figured an good 30amp extension cord was a wise purchase as well.
Thanks, Derek

Lexan purchased, 3 day weekend off coming up for me. Had thought of spending it camping at Fort DeSoto campground (beachfront camping for $40 a night), but then remembered, I've got a fuel leak that has to be taken care of before any trips anywhere! So, I'll be in and out of 345LE all weekend. Since it is parked in my driveway, I may just have to spend at least one night in it......
Thanks, Derek
