Awesome! Im doing mine in the cinnamon color. Hancock Fabrics has a "senior" (55 +) deal going on now, AND, if you are a military retiree, we get that discount too, on a Wed/Thu I think.
I am still trying to get the armrests right on mine, then re-cover.

I just received the new and improved Keeler latch bolt, the beefier handle, and a NOS cylinder and key. The finish and overall improvements are NICE. everything to make my old door latch new for less than 90 dollars. I believe your 310 has the same latch.
Glad to see your project is coming together. It will be amazing when you are done!
Warm regards
Clayton

Appreciate the heads up on the Whisper Vinyl Clayton. I bought a nice big sample of it and we like the feel of it. I tucked it in over a seat cushion on one of our chairs in the living room of the house and we sat on it for several days...hehehe. It passed the bum test.

Couch goes to the upholsterer on Tuesday....wahoooo. In the mean time, I found a label on the brackets that said "jone furniture". I googled it up just for fun and found this..

Hi Mike,
That is very clever. Im glad to hear that your project is near completion. Went camping with my nephew last Friday night and slept on mine. (still not covered). It is every bit as comfortable as our $2,000 serta icomfort matress. The foundation foam is so important in getting the desired level of comfort and the memory foam makes it even better. Sure would like to see some photos when you're finished. Im still having a time finding the "tablet arm" that I want. It's out there somewhere.....

Finally got the couch back from the upholsterer , I think it was worth the wait . We just love it and the whisper vinyl fabric feels great . They really did a great job on the details that I wanted. Need to modify the arm rests now, the new foam is thicker and more firm than the old so they are digging into the back a bit. All said and done we are real happy with it.Click image for larger version

MAYCO, a great looking finished product! Im still in the planning stages with my cushions for our trailer.

I am wondering if anyone with dogs or cats has the SUNBRELLA fabric in their MH or Trailer … One of my goals with the redo of cushions is to be able to wipe it clean with a damp cloth and I would like to know if the animal hair clings to the Sunbrella like it does to regular fabric.

Anyone have an answer to that?

First of all, awesome looking couch Mike. I actually showed it to the wife to see if she wanted to go with a 2 cushion for the front but she has her mind set on one cushion. I'm hoping to hear from my upholsterer soon as to when he wants to do all three couches. Once done, I want to drive the coach up to refit them instead of transporting the couches down to the coach and risk damaging them.

As for Sunbrella and animal fur. Sunbrella is a waterproof fabric used on outdoor umbrellas so it's very smooth with no fur or fuzziness that a regular fabric has. With the fabric we picked out it should be just a wipe clean affair of anything.

Cheers
Tony
