Where do you go in the middle of Hamburg during christmas to fill your propane tank? Don't they offer electricity for the vendors, so you could use electric heat instead?

He said it got lots colder last night, it snowed and his rear furnace quit..
Looks like he was able to warm himself with what he calls an all american breakfast (jalapeno pepper jam, hmmm, that should do the trick... )

its Pasterkamp
Olivenholz PasterKamp - Olive Wood ∑ Olivenholz ∑ Bois d'Olivier
they move to Goslar from Hamburg on Dec 25-30th for their traditional Christmas market. Its actually one of the few markets that is open passed Christmas. I went there a few years ago and probably walked right passed Marcus.
That would be real close for your family in Wolfsburg, plus its a real nice Weihnachtsmarkt.
My hometown of Hameln just started their Weihnachtsmarkt, its pretty awesome as well.

Thx Peter, love the markets, even the weekly ones. Market days are one of my fondest memories of being with my grandparents.

There was a time I could say I spent half my life in Germany but as I age that is no longer true. But half my heart is always there, even more so around the holidays.

Was our first day of Christmas music at home today and the first CD is always our favorite German songs off the Deutsche Grammophon.
