tag axel parts

Have had this strange clang/bang from under the coach for some time. Finally identified the source. There is some kind of control arm between the two airbags on the tag axle that had bushings pressed in them. Needless to say are missing (bushings). Called Inland RV yesterday and have yet to get a call back. Anybody have another source for parts. Thanks in advance!

Our customer service girls, do not get involved with "technical issues".

They forward those inquiry's to me.

Since I am but one person, a senior citizen, that already works 60 to 70 hours a week, makes parts, orders parts, runs a business, handles technical issues and answers the phone, ballpark 50 times a day, I have but so much time to get things done.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with our lack of ability to get back to you within the 4 hours after your noon time call.

Small businesses are not able to run like QVC.

More importantly, what "exact" part do you need?

You say bushings, but bushings for what?

Andy

Sorry for my frustrations. I have done business with Inland for many years with great satifaction and service. Attached are the pixs you requested. Hopefully these help you determine the needed parts. These are for my 89 345 MH.
Thanks again in advance.

Contact these guys.

American Carrier Equipment - Contact American Carrier Equipment, Inc.

They made your suspension. Also check the horizontal "dog bone" link and bushing pins for wear. Last I checked they were all available.
