Ditto, you may have found another gig! I still have a stash of the long ones, but the shorties are gone.

Design is done, now working on the cost of Tooling, and from that we can see if its even worth doing...
Do trailers have the same or similar?

count me in for a batch, or two (for a 345) if you go ahead with the tooling for sure.

someone somewhere is having a good ol laugh about the price of the currently available quick fade to crumbly grey weep hole covers!

You might consider painting the plastic parts to block the UV light from deteriorating them. A careful dab of silver paint?

If anyone is interested, I came up with a design a few years ago while I was working with Alan on this project.

What I have are the small weep covers that closely resemble the wickedly expensive thin plastic ones that are out there...but these are about 3x thicker and are made from a 60 durometer synthetic rubber - the same material as car bumpers are made from.

Is anyone still interested in working with me on this, or should I move on to other things?

Well I want to replace all of them on my 310. But the majority of my holes are the large ones. Only 6 (maybe 8) are small....front windows only. The other 20 something are the large ones. I don't mind paying the $6 for the small ones Inland sells but paying over $12 a piece for a 2 3/4 inch piece of rubber just seems crazy! Plus they don't seem to last.

Understandable. Both sizes are way overpriced IMHO. I know I can do these for about half of that price.

I have the small ones done, except maybe for a bit of minor tweaking. Have tried a couple of different designs, but since Alan sold his original MOHO, I need someone willing to test the things to make sure the design & fit will work before I start making these in the hundreds.
