Shower faucet

In my 1982 Excella, I need to replace the shower faucet. I am having trouble locating one that will allow me to adjust the spray volume as well as the temperature. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I use a conventional mixing valve and this shower head. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping...d-nickel/68323 You can close it down to a trickle while you soap up and control the flow while you rinse off. It really feels like a lot more water than you are actually using.

What kind is there now? Is it hot and cold knobs going to a diverter. Mine I have to adjust the volume at the shower head.
Shower head like this.

Little knob slides to control volume. Others are available with similar function.

This is what my 79 had originally,

In the one I'm restoring its getting a shower valve with single lever temperature and volume control. The plumbing is so different it wouldn't be possible to switch without doing a total re plumbing.
