S FL engine service?

Anyone in our 345 family know a service center in east coast South Florida that will service/replace a main engine seal on my 89 345 with a 454 carborated engine? Seems most places are shying away from the job. Thanks in advance!

I've found, in some areas, Google maps can be valuable- AFA getting a pretty good read on a service provider based on customer feedback/reviews.

Some small, rural towns will have an old time mechanic that services gas powered, from the 80's, Farm and grain trucks.

Best to learn all you can yourself, Just in case

Mostly, the work on doghouse motors is a real pain, not to mention the body mechanics involved(sorry, had to say it that way)...since the basic stuff is just a matter of accessibility, I would guess that most large truck repair shops would be able to do what you need...they'll have the lift apparatus...they will need to lift it correctly, however...still, it's a P 30 chassis(or P 32, depending on the thread)...Barthmobile forums might be a secondary source of info...mike
