replacement wooden blinds 345

We are going to replace the fragemented woven wood blinds with some nice wooden miniblinds similar to what we saw in an 86 345. Anyone have a good source (less expensive would be nice) for the blinds? And does anyone want the sliding tabs off the old ones before we throw them away?

JustBlinds.com has amazingly inexpensive custom blinds. I just received a free sample of each of the colours of wood available in the 2" blade size and a pile of 1 1/2" wide cotton tape colour samples. The ordering on line is easy and the shipping is free. I got the link from another AS forum a while ago. I plan on doing my whole home next. Lovely classic look for an airstream.

Home Depot or Lowe's

We tried 3-Day Blinds and Levelor online, and discovered better pricing by ordering as custom through Home Depot, and their models fit better into existing valences and mounts also.. We did the 1" aluminum mini-blinds, but they had a pretty wide selection of types and styles. Easy enough to take in exact measurements and try one for 1 window, and then order up remainder if results good. There are variations in how lower bar is locked in, and finding compatible fit might make difference if you don't want blinds bouncing around while you drive...
