Renovation Moving Ahead On 79 Excella

Wow! Rick, that's one major redo. Took me quite a bit of time to go all the way through the progress so far.
The only disappointment so far for me is the exterior mount of the rear view camera, I mounted mine out of the weather behind the rear window. They're small enough to put there if anyone is interested. The only consideration is if using IR LED's for illumination. I find that the low lux value of my rear view camera is just fine with my backup lights.
Now the other issue is the funky top of the dash mount and wire for the LCD panel on the dash.... as nice as this buildup has been I wonder why he didn't hide the wire behind the unit. Details, details. I'm fortunate to have a 6.5 inch in dash stereo / DVD monitor with rearview function, so nothing added to the top of the dash.
All in all a great project.... any completion date? Will you make it to Hiawassee in April? We'd love to host the Excella's coming out party!
