Radio tuner

Since we don't watch TV, but we do listen to the radio, I was wondering if it is still possible to find a radio tuner (presumably self-amplified) that would fit in the space in the cabinet above the armchairs?

our 310 came to us with a fancy new car radio in the dashboard, complete with mp3 input jack, remote control, and speakers all over the place. the remote lets us turn the radio on and off, adjust volume, and change channels while we are in bed in back of the coach. it's all the radio we need for this small of a space.
