hi folks!
We need for our 1986 345 motorhome with the 454 chevy engine a new radiator. The old one is rusty and it makes no sence to use after having repaired the fan clutch and the waterpump. But we couldn´t get with the VIN nr. from the motorhome or with the chassis nr. the right radiator to replace the old one. Does anybody have the right actual part nr. or does anybody know where to get this radiator? Airstream itself told us to contact the chassis manufactor which realy doesn´t help much...
regards
Axel and Alicja
Before we could buy our 1985 310 I had to replace the radiator in our 1983 Winnebago so we could sell it. Central Radiator Distributor in Little Rock (phone 800-632-9638) was able to order an exact replacement for the Winnebago which is also on a P30 chassis. They were even able to source a radiator for my 1960 John Deere crawler. It appeared they have catalogs for just about every radiator made.
Good luck!
Brad

we already considered to have the radiator recored but I would prefer to get the original radiator. If anybody have the todays part number it would help us very much . besides that thank you Brad for the number of Central Radiator Distributor .

We had a Chevrolet truck dealer replace the radiator in our '85 345 last summer. The part number on the invoice is P0129532. Cost was $487.32 without labor. Hope that helps.

thank you very much. I hope we will have the same...
The only thing I can think of that might make a difference in the radiator would be the rigs with the two fans in front of the radiator. I suppose its possible for GM to have changed the radiator to support the two fans. Hopefully thats not the case but might be worth checking into.

When I had mine recored they made it a little thicker. I think they did this to help cool the engine better. The 454 likes to run hot so I might ask if there is one that might help cool the engine better and still fit in the space.
