Positive experience

My wife and I recently purchased our 1987 345 and have gone through it from end to end. It originally had one awning but we wanted to replace the damaged and unusable patio awning and install four additional awnings on the other windows. We ordered the awnings through Inland RV. Through the forum I'm sure many of you are familiar with Inland RV and its owner. Somehow, through a mis-communication, the wrong fabric was ordered and upon receipt were very disappointed to discover that we received a striped fabric instead of the solid color we wanted. We called Zip Dee but they said we would have to deal with Inland RV. We called the company and the owner was on vacation but via email he promised to resolve the issue upon his return. My wife was very skeptical but on the day of his return, he called and long story short, the problem was resolved without any hassles. In fact, his offer of resolution was a little better than what we asked for.

We all occasionally have issues with the venders we deal with to keep our older Airstreams going but but this was a refreshing experience. My wife was surprised but pleased with the outcome. I just wanted to post this to let all know of the positive outcome of a negative situation. This gentleman accepted responsibility without hesitation or complaint and made things right. Although we have now completed our restoration, I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Thanks Andy.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, sometimes stuff happens.

Now, back to the Mai Tai's.
