Parting with Parts

I've got to clean out the garage. I've got a few items for free (just pay shipping costs).

Entertainment console, radio (tape player plays slow), vacuum, bath faucet, storage unit for behind driver or passenger seat

I will toss it all out soon if no takers

Tell me about the vacuum... I'm interested in it, and also why you don't want it?
Are they noisy or not good enough to do the job?

I, too, am interested in the vacuum. If Klattu passes on it, I will gladly pay shipping. Just pm me. Thanks for offering this stuff up to fellow Airstreamers before tossing it.

Vacuum works, I plugged it in yesterday. It is 110 volts. It has a standard 3 prong plug. It was mounted in rear bath closet. Wires you see are for on off switch. I do not have the hose but do have a couple of attachments. There is a connector in the lower kitchen cabinet that the hose plugs into. I will be removing it as well and will ship with vac or at a later time when I get it removed. I will try to remove the hose in the wall that goes from vac to connector in the kitchen, but no guaranty. If I can't get it out I will cut off as much hose as I can on both ends.

The main hose disappeared a long time ago. I know my mother never really liked the vac. Personally, I like the modern small vac that I keep in the MH. Since I didn't use it I wanted to remove the weight gain some space in the closet.

Klattu, it's yours. We are going up to the MH this weekend (final prep before short road trip the following weekend). I will try to remove hookup. I'll check on shipping charges.

Dean

I see the date in the thread but any chance you hid the old entertainment console away?

mattpalmeris,
Give dadstoy a few days to respond, he's at Burning Man through the weekend. Who knows, you may luck out.
Thanks, Derek

I have the original entertainment center(the one once located between the barrel chairs behind the passenger(curbside) seat...it's been collecting dust in the woodshed for three years, but has the Corian top...does the storage unit for behind the front seat(s) have enough room for 2 29 series AGM batteries? m

We have two complete couches with hardware from the back of our 310. Same OEM fabric that is on Deans storage unit. To big for UPS and will not ship, but if you want to come to Middle TN to visit, they are yours!

Sorry about that Matt, we cleaned out the garage a couple months back and it all went to the dump!

Our entertainment center is intact, corian topped, and in danger of combustion, if no one wants it...it's removed, after the barrel chairs, and has been up for shipping charges, since
it's doomed to a partial evening of warmth, unless you want the thing free but for shipping...well, let us know...m
