at least you wouldnt have to worry about people stealing your chairs that way as they would be about a foot longer on the downslope side

My 1991 250 has rear air bags. The owners handbook makes reference to them. I thought they were standard on this model. They were not an option.

Bags on the Classics have been standard since the seventies; there was a re-call in the early eighties that mandated a leaf spring add-on in case the bags blew. That whole lash-up was not well done, I've spent way too much keeping that stupid system going.
