Why don't you just PM him vs. a thread??? Could be they're busy and you're not the only customer...

You have a problem reading posts, I called today, she said she'd return..it's 4.15 pst. I've had crummy service waiting for a part on the road, I figured
you all might take notice & get the tracking #, which was not given.
