Newcomer, looking for help with keyless entry

Hello All, just got a 89 36', curious if anyone knew anything about the keyless entry. How to reset, does it work with remotes, are they still available? Previous owner told me he never used it, but he thought it was made by Ford. Thanks in advance, Sam
