Most MH generators will run 2 air conditioners at the same time. It is on shore power you can only run one at a time.

From your plan I think weight distribution will be a real challenge.

There is a device on the market GenTui (sp) that exhaust the gen set up high and mandatory at many events like NASCAR races.

I agree with the business plan that will be the single most important guide to your survival and profitability. Even if you are not going to present it for a loan you still need to complete one.

If you have never done a business plan there are many books to help guide you through the process.

Best of luck.

This thread is full of great advice. When I got to the west coast I looked into turning my 345 into a mobile espresso truck. Boy, did I have a rude awakening as soon as I went to the health authorities regulating food sales. They wanted a commercial kitchen and all kinds of stuff, the Parks dept had a prohibitively high tax on businesses of this kind, etc. I turned right around and went on to the next idea but it was disappointing. It would have been a fun business. I wonder if the same happened to our guy here.
