Okay, here are the part numbers I got today....for the Radiator Hose (Gates) upper 21441 and lower 24442.....hope that helps......paula

I don't know if you have these windows or not, but our dane loves to make us feel bad about leaving him behind:

Speaking of which....I just stumbled across this thread again Paula! How close are you to getting it out? I'm so excited and waiting to see pictures of it out and about (I do have to say that I'm a bit jealous, but what would we do with a mh right now)?

Actually, I am going to take her out this coming weekend with a girl friend to a rally.....hubby is busy with his son coming in to town and this is the reason I wanted the MH so that I would feel comfortable going on my own....so this is a test....not going far--maybe 150 miles but am going over a 2000+ft pass from sea level.....not worried about going up but am excited about the ability to fly off the mountain coming down......

Inside the MH we haven't done anything.....and in fact, the water pump, faucet and water tanks leak....so she will be an aluminum tent with a furnace, refrigerator and cook top.....microwave may work as well. It took 2 1/2 months to get her smogged and licensed....POs had stripped
all her smog equipment and we had to put it all back on (they actually had to buy another engine to get the fittings) and then pass the smog test....she runs great after a new/old gas tank.....as the fuel gauge needle falls quickly......but we knew that, right? Her generator is working (not that I need it to right now), water heater not so much. Horn was not working but they promise it will before Friday....gear indicator needs a part.....

I do promise to post pics of the weekend......where are you guys anyway?...haven't heard from Nicki in a while.....take care, paula

Bandit knows how to open the curtins with his nose......he really likes to do that on my bed....argh.....he sees us coming and jumps down like he was on his bed all along. He just doesn't think to close the curtains and smooth out the bed....p

"water heater not so much."

Paula, you may try and see if you can't find the water heater flush tool to see if a clogged water heater tank isn't part of the problem. Of course, if you have problems with the flame part of the water heater.......TONS of threads here on the forum about that fix. Drain plug on my water heater believe takes a 7/8 wrench. Had to borrow one from a neighbor mechanic to even flush mine. Of course, a brand new shiny 7/8 wrench was bought to go in the Airstream toolbox!
Thanks, Derek

Thanks Paula and Shawn. Great Danes seem to be interesting enough to provide lots of photo opportunities. We don't have the lower windows and we normally don't close the shades when we leave. Hagar likes to keep an eye on things and I think it's a great theft deterrent to have him looking out at people trying to look in.

Here are a few more pics of his antics.

Little issues

I had ordered the window gaskets/moldings from Inland for the two front passenger windows and the guys installed them yesterday......they complained that the hardest part of the job was getting the old stuff out of the tracks......they look a lot better and hopefully they will glide instead of popping up and down...got a new handled plug for the electrical cord....the rubber sleeve had separated and the wires were showing......don't want to have an electrical problem.....also picked up an adapter for the sewer hose from 4 inch to 3 inch and a new cap.....seems like everything that has a rubber seal is frozen hard....checked on the Dometic refrigerator to make sure it is not one being recalled.....it is a fairly new 2 way.....shop cleaned out the carburetor on the generator and put in a new spark plug.....hopefully the new gas tank sensor will give a correct reading....picked up a new water pump...one more day.....until I hit the road.....look for me on the 101 in CA on the way to Santa Barbara.....will take PCH......love that traffic but get to watch the ocean along the way.....nourishment for the soul since my check book is slim. paula

Our Dog, Moose is a rescue Mutt, but the paperworks says...
Great Dane, Lab, and American Stafford mix... Who knows, but she is a great dog... about 75lb and fast as a greyhound!
You judge...
