Mike, thanks for sharing the wiring info. I found a box with new aux lights, have the holes in the bumper and the switch. Didn't know about the relay

Mike, looking forward as to how much light they put out. The price is definitely right.

You can run just your clearance lights and the aux lights without headlights. Pull the headlight sw out to the first position, it will activate the clearance lights and the aux switch. I kinda like that.
I dont think these aux lights are DOT approved but if aimed so that they dont bother on coming traffic I think you could run them withyour headlights on the road, or just flip em off like you do with your brights.....
Ill try and get a picture tonight while parked here in the campground.

Mike

They're pretty bright. I'll aim them once we get back home from camping.

Got mine installed, how cool is that, since it was way down on my long long list. My switch always works, regardless of ignition switch and/or headlight switch. But I like the half way pulling the switch out for driving lights only. Didn't know that. Good option for daylight driving.

I may change the wiring to that toggle switch to make it hot all the time like yours. I really dont want to ADD to the amperage draw on that lighting circuit by adding the fog lights. They are a minimum draw since they are LED but still, a lot of juice runs through that light switch.

I need to figure out where the power side or "always hot" side of that relay originates. It very well may not be on the lighting circuit. If thats the case then all Id need to do is repower the switch either from an ignition circuit or some aux circuit, then they would act completely independent like yours.
