It's the new Tesla version.....if you have to ask how many batteries? You can't afford it.
Cheers

If it was possible I'd totally hybridize the Motorhome
Extra torque uphill, charge the batteries downhill...
Maybe when Tesla figures out that semi truck

PS Just trying to see how sideways this thread can get. Look at what we've discussed in only five or six posts.[emoji28]

Well....that's not exactly what I had in mind but maybe all of his talk of body swaps might just be subtle hints...

I can't imagine what it would cost to transport and ship something that is non driveable.
Edit:
I forgot to add, is it legal to import rodents into the UK?!

Not that I have been looking :-) but it is around 600miles straight to Baltimore and could be flat-bedded direct, so $1800. But will have near zero value and import duty would be near zero so I think the only way it is financially viable is to do a body swap!
The mice is another matter!

You guys are mixing up me looking at other motorhomes with me wanting another motorhome. Think of it as dipping a toe in the rebuild market.
As I write (sitting at 3am in San Francisco) it is becoming more and more apparent that my idea of working part-time, is not achievable in my current field - too may people want a bit of my time, it can't be controlled. So last month I setup a 'hobby job' company with a friend upfitting 3.5tonne vans for camping. He has already built two and he will run that side of the business to pay for the premises etc. Once that is well founded the plan is to bring over 1 or 2 short Argosy/Airstream motorhomes a year, drop them on a Europe spec chassis (which also converts them to right hand drive), re-fit to be more practical in Europe (which gets ride of the on-board water tanks etc) and really see what happens. As the 20fts are like unicorns, the 24fts are a good place to start....
Does that make more sense?

Yep, certainly does.
Several years ago there were a couple of 20s available around here that I don't believe ever got sold. At least not to someone who expected to drive them.
Heck, even around me (50 miles or less) I've seen several Argosies that were available. I'll keep my eyes open for anything that might pop up in the area.
