OK this one has me scratching the old grey matter, the reservoir is over the back of the bell housing and start of the gearbox, easy I hear you say, just go in through the dog house lid. Hmm loads of cables and stuff firmly in the way, don't suppose they put a small trap in the floor just above it ?
Hi Keyair
I have a small reservoir infront of the radiator, but thats for the hydoboost (brakes and steering power). you are lucky I wish mine was there !

The hydraulic unit on our 310 is mounted in front of the radiator as well and one of these days I'm going to relocate it. I don't like anything sitting in front of the radiator that could block cooling air.
Of course its been on my list for three years now and it's likely to stay on the list for a few more years

If they did have a trap door, you would have to lift carpet to find, so once you have carpet up, if you don't find one, you can make one, using a marine access port, but Brad's delaying to making modifications without dire need makes a lot of sense. I'm doing that on my 30 to 50 amp change. Maybe when we spend more time using, it will make sense. How often do you need to add hydraulic fluid? Dave
Thanks Dave, how often I have to fill it depends on how bad the leak is that I don't yet know about untill I get to fill the system and try it out !! I'm hoping it's just run low as none of the jacks work properly but they all make a small movement and then seem to stop, like it's run out of fluid.
