Question Isuzu diesel engine A/C

Can anyone supply either words or better yet pics of the engine A/C compressor mounting and belt drives as installed on the Isuzu diesel engine in a 1984 310? The PO took the thing off (and junked the parts!) and we need to put one back on.
Thanks.

I doubt you will find much of anything available for the Isuzu. It is long out of production and the original Airstream installation was just cobbled together with some scrap iron and whatever misc. stuff they had around the shop. I tried to get a couple of pictures but it's not real easy to get to.

The flat plate of the rear mount cracked so I welded it up and added a reinforcing plate. The real problem with the installation is the V-belt merely goes around the water pump pulley and the A/C compressor. Without going around the crank pulley you really have to over-tighten the alternator/water pump belts in order to drive the A/C. If not the A/C will stop the water pump and the belts just squeal. It really needs a third pulley on the crank but I think you would need the raise the A/C compressor and maybe move it in-board for the belt to clear the power steering pump or maybe an idler pulley to clear. Something to explore when I have lots of time with nothing to do.
