Front window weatherstripping replacement

Rolling down the highway this spring break with the family just really enjoying this old beauty!! We find ourselves in the Galveston-Houston area and would like to have the weatherstripping replaced in both front windows. They are leaking really bad and the passenger window won't even open anymore. Does anybody know of a service center in the Houston area that could do that project on this 1987 345 in a day while we take the toad for a drive?

Bob Jones in south Houston can help you.

But, the real bad news is that Airstream has discontinued stocking the windshield gasket, and their inverntory of it is ZERO!!

All you can do is have the present gasket sealed properly and it will be OK.

Andy,
Thank-you for replying. I'm honored!! Unfortunately you may have misunderstood me. My windshield is ok. I was referring to the two side windows next to the drivers and front passengers seat. Any better news for me regarding those? Thanks again, Kenneth

Those gaskets and adhesive, are all available.

There are 3 different items, plys a gray sealer and the weatherstrip adhesive.

Thanks Andy,
If you were to next day air mail me the parts, etc to do both windows including the 8 weep hole covers would you say the fellow in Houston could help me out with it? I am going to call him in the morning.

Next day air is easy, but the order has to be in early in the morning.
