Energenius leaked out all its smoke

Can some here show me how to wire the new transfer switch?
new switch

old switch

I do know what the pairs of wires coming out to the back are but I don't know what wire is incoming to the switch and which one goes back to the panel on the front.

There are YouTube videos on how to replace the magic smoke. Saves big money, small effort.

Happy Thursday!

Honestly, I would recommend getting rid of this liability asap! They tend to melt.

it's gone

yes of course. I replaced all the guts with a Boondocker 75 amp charger /converter mounted on the inner wheel well under the big drawer so I could access it if I ever needed to replace a fuse but kept the panel with the fuses and the breakers to protect all the wiring in the coach. I left the transfer switch because I didn't want to unplug the shore power before I started the generator. But I noticed the transfer relay was getting hot after running the roof air for a few hours so now it has been replaced with a Parallax ATS line generator switch. Nice unit and fits inside of the Energenius because I emptied that box from all the singed circuit boards and that enormous transformer.

Wire size is too small, you can see three connections have been stressed. It really should not be setup for 30Amps but for the available current, which would be at least twice as high.

Time to change...
