Doorbell

So I disconnected the doorbell for our renovation...time to reinstall and didn’t take a pic of the 4 wire connection.

Can anybody provide a wiring diagram or just a pic of your connections in the back?[emoji51]

It pretty much works, but the first chime barely sounds. Has anybody done a fix/replacement of our doorbell chime?

My connections look different than the one in the thread. Looks like I have power/ground and maybe another set of signal wires. Total of 4 wire connections, just wanted to confirm which goes where when reinstalling

After some testing, the 2 thicker wires on the right provide constant 12v power/ground. The left thinner wires give momentary connection at the doorbell and I believe the item connecting 3 to 0 is a resistor

I’m thinking thin white goes to #1 and purple goes to #3?

Can someone tell me where the door bell controller is located on my 1983 310 Classic. Curious to see what's wrong with it. Curiosity is driving me crazy

In my 84 310 it was located in the left side storage compartment below the couch. Towards the front of the compartment accessible through the outside hatch.
