My '89 does not.... but that was many years ago.
I think the large trucks, P30, did not require them at that time.

Great! That will make it cheaper to replace the old muffler.

I have the Emissions standards manual, and in 1987, there was no cat fitted.

Lists Class A Chassis, and years, and what was fitted..

Well, I see no CAT listed for any model, Federal or Cancerfornia. A good thing, methinks.
