Reminds me of the VW bug that my boss painted about 10 years ago. His wife picked the color and he swears it was "red". I told him it looked more like Passionate Pink". Needless to say I didn't get much of a raise that year

thanks for sharing dt. more fuel to get my a$$ into gear for next yrs burn.

personally it would be a tremendous challenge. anyone other classic owners up for a 'red headed' bm 2013 experience?

The Road to Burning Man

I've put up a short video of the road to Burning Man. The entire trip from Redding California to the Black Rock Desert of Nevada was on two lane highways. Redding to Alturas is mostly mountain type driving. From Cedarville just east of Alturas to Burning Man is mostly flat desert terrain. All roads were in good shape. It was a beautiful, but long drive.
