Got he headlights fixed!
I took the working side apart and checked the wires with a multimeter.
brown wire - low beam
black wire - ground
green wire - high beams
greenish yellow wire - high beam to upper bulb

My problem was the greenish yellow wire was loose in the wire nut. What genius thought it was a good idea to use a wire nut in a motor vehicle?!!

Now the turn signals won't work. ARGHH!!!! Flashers work fine just no turn signals, Here we go again.

That little gremlin sure is jumping from place to place isn't he

Do the flashers and turn signals use the same module? I could be wrong but for some reason I'm thinking they are separate.

I hadn't run across the Classic Parts site before. Looks like there might be some parts suitable for a 74 Argosy

The turn signals are on the back burner now. I am coming to the conclusion that getting everything to work at the same time is a physical impossibility. Did someone around here say it's never done!
Fixed the broken rivets above the entry door today. Tried to replace the buck rivets with more buck rivets but, that was not going to happen. I could get the inner wall panel loose enough to get to the top of the frame, but I could not get enough room to get a bucking bar into position. I could however get my fingers into position to put a nut and washer on a screw. So that's what I did. It is not visible from the ground, should be plenty strong.
Took a few pictures of the semi-complete exterior.

Gregsch, just curious here, what team? I see the colors youve chosen for your exterior and have been curious what team they are associated with? Doesnt look like Buckeyes, maybe the Flyers? In the pics, your center stripe looks orange and I see youve left the bottom trim Excella blue.

The rig looks absolutely fantastic, youre going to attract quite a crowd at a tailgate thats for sure. Really nice work inside and out.

If I was a betting man and since Greg lives in Ohio I'd put my money on either the Browns or the Bengals

However, I NEVER bet as I'm almost always wrong

Fixed the turn signal today. Fuse was blown, not sure what caused that. Hopefully it was a coincidence. Time will tell. Hardest part was finding accurate info on which fuse to check. Then gain access to the fuses way in the back.

Finally got the windshield sealed up! After trying to find someone locally to do the job to no avail, I just bought the materials and did it my self. I have had it out in the rain several times since and it seems to be 100% watertight.
The bad news is the driver and passenger windows are leaking and I cannot figure out why. I had re-installed the headliner so,,,, back out it came and the search continues, It is seeping in between the window frame and the structural member that runs above the windows from the driver side around the windshield and above the passenger window. I have re-caulked the windows with Trempro 635 and they look good from the out side. I wonder if the rivets could be leaking. I think my next move is to seal each rivet across the top of the windows.
