I have been polishing for 8 weeks now. When they say it takes 150 to 200 hours they mean it. I am 160 hours into it and I will be lucky to finish under 200. That includes lots of little details that come up along the way.Details like resealing the roof vents and plumbing vent.

Worked on the emblems to break up the monotony of polishing. Just cleaned them up and painted them with spray paint. After it dried a few days
I sanded the face with sand paper to get a nice contrast. Then I sprayed the whole thing with a little clear coat to keep them looking nice. It's all in the details.

gloran, I bought a set of inexpensive wheel covers a while back that I was planning to use. I did not see a pic of them in your photo gallery. Do you have a pic of them simulators? By the way the detail work you did on your moho is impresive. Did you you do the cabinet work yourself?

When I was able to locate aluminum rims they were off a 36' with a tag axle so I took all six rims (in the one picture) I only have four of the wheel cover. I have a P30 chassis but my wheels are 19.5". I forgot about the age of your coach with the rims being smaller on the earlier models, sorry I brought it up about them working for you.

Finally finished polishing. Sealing the windows with Tempro 635. Found several broken buck rivets at the top of the door. Not sure what to do about that. Don't relish the thought of removing more interior panels. That would seem like backing up at this point.
Going to the Purdue game tomorrow, won't be taking the AS. This is not a sprint it's a marathon.
Thinking about making the stripes orange. It looks like alot more orange than I envisioned.
The more I look at it with the antenna removed, and the new A/C, the more I like the sleek lines. Just not sure I can mount a bunch of solar panels up there now.

awesome looking, congrats!
I really like the gray tempro 635 for sealing windows and seams. Its a lot smoother than the vulkem 116 and stays cleaner over time

Olympic rivets will work just fine replacing the buck rivets, its done all the time.

Great looking coach!
