We are new to this forum this year after purchasing our 94 AS Land Yacht 30 ft. Our maiden voyage was from our home in Pueblo, CO to the new Coastal Road thru Labrador and back along the St. Lawrence River returning to the USA thru Sault Ste Marie. Total of about 8500 miles. More on that trip later.

While traveling along Transcanada Hwy 17 in Iron Bridge, Ontario about 70 miles east of the Sault we camped at an information center and I saw this Airstream Excella parked at a house near by. And it is for sale! I have been unable to contact the owner and have no more information other than the pictures.

I am very curious to know more about this unit and its history. Any clues as to its age, length, engine, etc. I will continue to attempt to contact the owner. Resident of the house was a renter and did not have any information excect for a phone number for the owner who was out of the country.

From browsing here:

Airstream Motorhomes For Sale | Photo Archives | RV Classifieds

It looks like a 1981 or 1982 Excella 28'. Could be either gas or Isuzu diesel, the diesel units on the View RV's website don't have any special badging.

Spotted this 345 at Yellowstone back in August. Sweet ride!! Even sweeter to see them in use.

Spotted 310 mh

It is in my front yard, but will be moving to a new owner Monday or Tuesday. Saw one in storage (parked) along East Trent in Spokane today, hasn't been "tabbed" since 2007. Looks kinda threadworn (Tacky).

Saw an AS Mo Ho Years ago in Yellow stone "OLD FACEFUL" parking lot. It had several top attachments, including two KAYAKs and some other stuff. Must have been not too streamlined.

I'll have some pictures to post later today of a 345 I have seen recently in Bentonville, AR. It looks very nice and well cared-for. I had seen it a couple of months ago parked at a business in town, then it disappeared! A local Airstream owner made me aware of another Airstream he saw parked just north of the downtown square here, and I thought I knew which one he was speaking of.... I had seen an Airstream travel trailer there before. I went by there this morning and I was happy to see the 345 that had been moved from that business!! I'm assuming it's the same one, as few and far between as they are. I'll stop and meet the owners soon. If they are not already members here, I'll encourage them to do so.

Pictures later today.

You got us! Moved with family from Washington State to Florida and stopped at Yellowstone. She is a 1991 345 with just under 17k original miles. Thanks for the photo. We are still in restoration mode, but she looks good!

^ She sure does. Hope you guys had a good trip!

We were camping at Mammoth in our '77 Argosy, as soon as we seen yours we got bit by the MoHo bug. The next one we spotted was for sale, it's now siting in our driveway!

Me and the wife were driving around looking at the leaves and stumbled on this '87 345. The PO's are in there mid 80's and purchased it in '94. Great couple, been married forever. They had a side business of selling antiques and used the 345 for shows until 2008. It has 87k on it and runs like a top.

Generator will not start but there can't be much wrong there. Everything else is in great shape. He added the bigger radiator and cooling fans, new tag axle in 2002, and kept great service records. Exterior has the normal sunburnt spots but we are planning on polishing.

I see other members towing with there classics, I dont know if its just mine but the brakes feel really week? Almost like good brakes with grease on them. The pedal is firm and I'm used to driving bigger heavier rigs but man you have to be on your toes in traffic with this one. I couldn't imagine stopping one with a trailer behind it.
