I spent some time (not planned) in Las Cruses NM this last January. For a week or so night time temperatures dropped to the low teens. Used 2 portable electric heater for heat. We used the sinks, shower, potty, the holding tanks w/o problems. I almost never hookup to water, just using the fresh water tank (had the water hose stolen off my t-trailer years back) and I had rewired to 50 amp electric many years ago so I can run the two portable heaters and the heat strips in the A/C if needed.

Wouldn't try that w/o electric!

Here's a link to a thread I started about winter living. It has some of my ideas for staying warm.
