Classic Motor home get together

Might be a bit soon for us. Hoping for a get together this fall. Planning some unplugged trips this summer.

The Canada US border is closed to all traffic other than commerce till June 22. And may remain closed longer depending on if there are any more virus flare ups.

Hate to miss that one but we can't make June. How about fall? Hopefully the border will be open by then.

We took a ride up to Saranac Lake on Saturday to scope out our site for next June. Although Rollins Pond is closed now, they let me in......it’s pretty weird driving around in such a big campground with no one there. It would be an excellent place for a “Get-Together”. While we were there we ran into a group of Airstream trailers. The group was from the Mohawk Valley unit so I stopped by and introduced myself. They were having their get-together. They were in the Fish Creek campground which you have to drive through to get to Rollins Pond. Well.....in any event, maybe next year we’ll have one. Regards, Bob

Need to start getting the group together after all covid winds down.

We are camping at northern exposure this week. Site of the get together a couple years ago. Lots of memories!
