Do any of you folks attending the Penn Wood gathering have any extra passenger chairs (or whatever they're called)?

Not the front seat passenger, but the chairs that are usually right behind there, individual swiveling seats in the living room area.

Mine don't have seat belts, so if anyone had extras (with built-in seat belts) and would bring them to Penn Wood so that I could buy them, I would be so grateful. Thanks!

See post number 13 and PM him for info. Dan isn't coming to the meet as he lives in Seattle, but at least he has the bases you need OR would be willing to send you just the bar with the belts that goes under the back seat mounting holes; you would just need to buy longer bolts.

Cheers

OK guys, I don't live in Seattle. I live about 80 miles west on the Olympic Peninsula, no big city stuff out here.

I have been a bit behind here because about 10 days ago some tall skinny kit with a bone saw and hammer and chisels and other strange tools wacked away at my knee and replaced the worn out stuff with some new metal and plastic parts. I'm not real sure how I feel about it yet as I still have a supply of some good drugs. I'll let you know how I feel when the drugs run out.

In anticipation of the above we have been working pretty hard the last few months trying to get ahead of the chores because I'll be out of commission for a while.

Tap, the boss lady went out and found the bases and seat belts in the shop today. They are yours if you want them.

Now I have to check my schedule as I'm pretty sure I need more drugs.

Sorry mate for getting your crib space wrong, but I knew it was some pot smoking, liberal voting, grunge listening, tree hugging, whale loving, anti gun, Uber expensive hovel out there somewhere.

My outlaw brother also had some titanium put into his knee and told me it was pain like he had never experienced before, so take it easy and heal fast friend. Your shoes I'd not want to be in right now.

Thanks for offering the lad the belts.

Cheers

Tap, if you can't make it the "Get-Together", let me know...there are others that would like to go and we are limited to 15 sites. There are still 3 weeks to go so if you think you can get your Classic road worthy, great, otherwise let us know so we can fill that site if we have to. Regards, Bob

Just as a reminder to everyone attending the "Get-Together".....Penn Wood only accepts cash or check upon check-in......no credit cards. From memory cell service was limited there, but that may have changed....the Wi-Fi worked well. Regards, Bob

Hey Tony watch how you talk about my neighbors. I on the other hand am a beer swilling, gun toting, ex military, grumpy old conservative. I do love trees, we live on a state registered "Stewardship Forest" however in January we did a commercial thinning and cut and hauled away 18 truck loads of logs. Also having lived on our sail boat for 10 years we have had many encounters with whales at sea and we have a deep love, respect and appreciation for the magnificent creatures.

As for the surgery I think the kid did a pretty good job. The problem is this gal comes by every other day or so. She claims she is a therapist or something but I call her the "Mistress of Misery." She tries to bend and twist my knee around into positions I couldn't have done 40 years ago. Here comes more drugs.

You guys have a great time at the get together and tilt a couple for me if you think about it.

Yes, except for sewer I'd imagine. They will have a dump station.

Cheers
