Just as a reminder to everyone attending the "Get-Together".....Penn Wood only accepts cash or check upon check-in......no credit cards. From memory cell service was limited there, but that may have changed....the Wi-Fi worked well. Regards, Bob

Hey Tony watch how you talk about my neighbors. I on the other hand am a beer swilling, gun toting, ex military, grumpy old conservative. I do love trees, we live on a state registered "Stewardship Forest" however in January we did a commercial thinning and cut and hauled away 18 truck loads of logs. Also having lived on our sail boat for 10 years we have had many encounters with whales at sea and we have a deep love, respect and appreciation for the magnificent creatures.

As for the surgery I think the kid did a pretty good job. The problem is this gal comes by every other day or so. She claims she is a therapist or something but I call her the "Mistress of Misery." She tries to bend and twist my knee around into positions I couldn't have done 40 years ago. Here comes more drugs.

You guys have a great time at the get together and tilt a couple for me if you think about it.

Yes, except for sewer I'd imagine. They will have a dump station.

Cheers

I'm hoping that the US weather forecasters are as wrong as the Canadian ones. We could be spending a lot of time indoors people. Beautiful sunshine the week before and then rain for the weekend.

Do you have the 5th in Canada?!

Besides that, if I can't come then what am I supposed to do with these new electric steps?

Sure wished I could have joined you guys and gals for this very special occasion. Just meeting all of you in person would be reason enough and to top (no pun intended, Top) that of with seeing all the different rigs...
I can imagine, just shaking Tony's hand would probably make be break out in laughter.
Just be aware of Brad. Below is a picture of a Motor Home Rally a few years ago. This is what happened when Brad was trying to get access to the AC evaporator lines...
I wish all of you a safe and enjoyable trip!!!

Peter, it should be very obvious that I wasn't working on the evaporator lines....I was in the process of changing the points and plugs on the generator. Having the hatch off the generator compartment should have been your first clue...

I have some swag I am going to bring for everyone. Nothing too over the top, but a small bit of something to share.

It just boggles my mind me that the both of you, Peter and Brad, are totally blasé doing that kind of work on your rigs, as if it were nothing; a walk in the park. Today I actually posted recommending Peter as an expert at panel replacement.

John up here is getting the hang of that stuff too, although there were a couple of calls last year I detected a certain note of oh-oh in his voice. To his credit he manned up and got her done.

If I dropped by Brad's for a leak detection service and found my rig in that state....... no amount of pounding on his chest would help, and it would be off to the brig for me.

One day we shall meet Peter; It will take a longer drive to do so.

Cheers
Tony
