It is the only 350, that I know of that came from the factory with the front cummins 6BTA diesel. Just went over 40K original miles two weeks ago when we went camping. If the wife lets me climb stairs tomorrow will post a few pics. I knew someone on here had said that in other posts but couldn't remember who.

Lost Opportunity!
We have 4+ years of Airstream ads collected here, except, we only kept the links:
I just read 100+ pages of:
or
Fortunately about page 50 of this thread the Ebay ads had not yet been erased, but that too will change.
But think how nice it would be if there were a posting for every ad that was found in the last 4 or more years that showed several pics of the RV and location and asking price.
The work Fred has done with the ViewRVs site is a great archive, but being able to not only know what RVs were made, but what they have been going for over time and what conditions they are getting to as time passes would be a GREAT resource.
Please please please, when you post to this thread, ESPECIALLY if it's from a craigslist ad, don't post the link, only, post some pics uploaded to the board, so they won't disappear. Also post anything interesting about the RV as the listing you found will disappear, probably very soon. Then people will come along later and not be able to make ANY use of what you found. Literally more than 100 pages of junk in this thread. It has to stop.
Thanks for your time

That does present some copyright issues. I look at it as current links to things available and never really even thought about it as a historic record or searched it. I would like to continue to see the links to units available across the world.
Maybe we need to start a new thread. "Classic Motorhomes currently for sale?"

I don't think we need to start a new thread. This is the "Classic Motorhomes for sale" thread. Look at post #1. Granted it will become stale over time as these units get sold. If someone wants to post a thread called Classic Motorhome pictures, then so be it. It is important to consider copyright issues, and the forum staff will not allow pictures to stand that could be considered a violation of a copyright.

Main points to consider on that Pusher-
Exterior, if the clearcoat is in bad shape, you will need to strip and refinish, probably the decals at the same time...most that were not parked indoors will need this by now including mine. Panel dents are not too hard to fix or replace. I had to replace three panels on the rear, they are still available. The front hatch and panels that wrap around the front are not available, and this example has a problem there. Patch and paint, or fill in and create a new seam, duplicate on the other side so it looks ok.
Interior, amazing what a new floor will do, carpet or hardwood. I have needed to do this on the majority that I have owned. Replace window treatments, and you are already starting to feel nice. Hit the cabinets with some poly/stain to bring them back to life. Check the headliner...this will be a major pain for me, may just pay to get it redone but expensive! Will the furniture need to be redone?
Mechanical, there things are simple and should run forever with proper maintenance, and CAC radiator clean out.
Do they have the Alcoa for the rear...are they just using the spare? Impossible, or close to replace these. This already has a Banks system on it, so somebody cared about the motor and performance. The Cummins 5.9 is arguably the best diesel ever made. The Alison trans is fantastic!
Leaks in the front windows can damage the floor, so check under carpets.
Otherwise, these things are really sweet to own and drive!

Drove past a 345LE for sale yesterday. It's appears to be in decent condition and drivable. It between Cadillac and Manistee Michigan on Hwy 55 just east of M37. If anyone is really interested I could get further information.

Barth for sale in Austin, Texas
Spotted this ex Texas County Sheriff's Barth. Exterior is really excellent (includes 4 floodlights as this was originally a forensic lab!). GM heavy duty chassis with 60,000 mile 454 TBI. Current owner is a bike enthusiast and has done the interior as a Harley Davidson "party bus". Rig was locked but owner has pics he can send. Maybe an interesting buy for a AS sunstitiute all-metal short (23 ft I think) If interested contact Buddy on (512) 797-8183.
Sorry pics are upside down..blame Google photos!

I hate when people know what I think
Can you imagine how the dash wiring looks like after being exposed to the elements for who knows how long.
I did consider an offer, but with generator door missing I would be a fool to take it, since Martin already sent the only spare in the US to Ben in Austin.

The 86 345 that I dismantled had no windshields for years and the under dash stuff was no worse off than I found under my 310 dash. Dustier but the dash top keep the bulk of the elements out of the dash and wiring.
I wonder if that 310 diesel that is/was being parted out in Utah has the generator door still available?

The opening on the side sure looks like the same opening that was on my 84 310. I thought the one in Utah was a 310 as well.
