Can open....Worms everywhere...

as part of my replumb I had to take the bathroom vanity out. I removed the toilet yesterday and discovered the base it all sat on was completely rotted most likely due to the fact I forgot to close the bathroom window for a year and the toilet fittings were leaking. So that puts just another project added to the list of things to do. so far I have:
1. replace ALL the plumbing(in progress)
2. repair rotted subfloor in bedroom on drivers side
3. get the accent lights working in the bathroom and bedroom
4. replace wall coverings in bathroom and bedroom
5. cover pipes on the wall in the bedroom
6. recover rear floors
7. rebuild bathroom base for toilet/vanity
there's much more little stuff on the list I'll have to knock down as I go.

Looks like you are half way there. Generally removing all the associated components and removing the rotten plywood is half the battle. I am guessing you will close the window in the future
