Thumbs up Air Bags - piece of cake

I dreaded doing this job but one of the airbags on my unit had a leak and I;m planing a long trip. Note: this tire on the side opposite the leaky bag wore the in-side tread.

Started the project by reading the instructions on deflating the bags and tying them rolled up the long way. Not to bad, think I'll continue. Removed the old bags by drilling out the valve stems from the bottom of the A frame and cutting the bags up with my saw-z-all. Easy. Next I greased the holes in the bottom of the A frame and twisted in the new bags. Slipped in the rubber washers on the top and bottom - inflated - installed the fill lines - re inflated to 80 Psi - Test drive. Wow. What a difference.

Nice job! It's not as hard as it looks.

The real secret is the Sawsall folks! Don't leave home without it. The remodelers multitool.
