You might consider a good welder, or fabricator...I removed a stump with my steps, had to grind out the rivets(BIG rivets), and beat the bent arms back into submission with a sledge and anvil, then used bolts with lock nuts to replace the rivets(nylon insert nuts)...actually, got to do this again when my new driveway turned out to be about 6 inches too steep...it should be a fairly easy and cheap trip to a hitch place...m
